Much Ado About Nothing

Not much has happened this week that is worthy of blogging, but I am starting to get tired of seeing my Christmas slideshow as my most recent blog! Yesterday I had a job interview that went really well. It is for a pediatric doctor's office...I would be the Practice Administrator if hired. I have a friend who is an RN there and she gave the doctor and his brother (who runs the business side of things) my resume. I met with the brother and now he wants me to meet the doctor. I would basically be in charge of supervising the office...communicating with patients, developing a policies and procedures handbook, supervising billing and accounts receivable (but not actually doing the billing), improving scheduling, monitoring inventory and placing supply orders, ensuring HIPPA and OSHA compliance, etc. Obviously, this isn't something that I have done before, but it sounds like it could be a cool job. Plus, it is only a few miles down the road! I also applied to be a substitute teacher and the training for that is next Thursday. I haven't given up on the idea of teaching, but I HAVE to get a paying job right now! Did I mention that I am SUPER EXCITED that it is the 11th? Know why...an all new Grey's is on tonight and I am in need of a good episode!! I have been waiting for this day (pathetic, I know) for the past 6 or 7 weeks since they quit showing new episodes.
